Murchison Falls National Park – Murchison Falls Park offers the occasion to see good numbers of elephants, giraffes, Uganda kobs (antelope), buffalo, hippos and crocodiles.
Bwindi Impenetrable Forest – Bwindi Impenetrable Forest is home to over half the world population of gorillas that remain, most visitors come primarily to visit Bwindi in Uganda on a mission to track the gorillas charming. The recreational area is also home to forest elephants, some primates, including chimpanzees, colobus monkeys, baboons, duikers, warthogs and rare giant forest hogs. Bwindi is also a popular end for bird watching safaris, as it hosts a variety of bird and insect species. Bwindi, one of the oldest rainforests in Africa is one of the richest region in Africa for flora and fauna.
Queen Elizabeth National Park is one of the most popular safari in Uganda that covers nearly 2000sq km, bordered on the north by the Rwenzori Mountains and west by Lake Edward. It enjoys a stunning location overlooking the Rift Valley between Lakes George and Edward and supports about 95 species of mammals and 612 species of birds. Activities include wildlife tours, chimpanzee tracking and bird watching safaris.
Lake Mburo – While you are seearch for Lake Mburo National Park supports vast wildlife, you get to spend open savannah, acacia woodland and gallery forests, open water, kopjes rock, seasonal and permanent wetlands. The park is home to species not found in any other park, including Eland, Impala, Zebra and Burchell. Activities include game viewing, boat / launch cruise, birding, fishing excursions, guided walking safaris, this is the only national park in Uganda, where visitors can admire the scenery and wildlife, while walking, but a armed guard to accompany you.
